Description

Belfry St. Nicholas Cathedral (flooded belfry) - a monument of history and architecture on an artificial island of Uglich Reservoir near the town of Kalyazin.

The bell tower was built in 1800 at St. Nicholas Cathedral of the former Nicholas-Zhabenskogo monastery in the classical style, had 5 tiers, with the head of the dome and spire [1]. There's a mistake in your description: the largest bell weighs 1038 poods (not tons) wich is approximatively 17 tons. This is already very heavy :)
